Plumbing repairs are a NIGHTMARE, but Jacob and his team did everything to make it easy on us. A backed up sink turned into a broken pipe from our kitchen all the way out to the sewer line! All the concrete breaking, and digging in the backyard was nerve-wracking, but his crew was so empathetic and reassured us that they would fix this. He was incredibly patient with us as we fought with our insurance company for the funds needed to pay for these repairs. We have received the highest level of professionalism from them, and really felt that they took care of our home as if it were their own. Their work was quick, thorough, and done so well. We had a plumbing leak that turned into a much bigger leak than we thought. Jacob and his team worked as hard as they could to get our issues fixed as quickly as possible. Rotted out cast iron drain line in the slab had to be removed. Removed the broken down old line from kitchen sink all the way to master bathroom and installed new PVC drain line in the slab. And rerouted the outside laundry room line. No more clogs no more rotted out missing pipes.

Needed some repairs done in preparation for selling a home. Jacob with Plumbing M.D., Inc. was recommend to us. And I am so happy he was! I have never been more pleased with the services of a plumber. I was communicated with promptly, the repairs were done on schedule and with a great price. We are very happy with Plumbing M.D. and wont be using any other plumber again.

Explained the issue and made a couple of trips to get the right materials when he hit problems that were unforeseen. Very easy to talk to.

Great response. Back in Feb 2021 during ice storm we broke a outside faucet. He came and fixed it a few days later in the freezing cold. He also noticed water leaking from hot water heater. Turns out we had a major leak in out hot water heater. Great service. All around. Smelled gas in outdoor kitchen he came and checked it out! Would recommend to anyone! Quick and trust worthy!
